  • Sat - 4/28: 9 AM
  • Wed - 5/2: 6 PM
  • Wed - 5/16: 6 PM

All Registration Dates will last for 90 Minutes and will Occur in the LGI Room in the High School

Registration

 

Internet Registration is now open.  You can sign up online and either bring all parent forms to one of our live registrations shown on the left or you can mail them to our address shown on the "FORMS" link.  Some differences from previous years:

 

Fundraising Proceeds will be Applied to Registration First, then to Football Equipment or Cheer Uniforms.

 

Due to Budget Constraints, Pay Pal is no longer a Payment Option.  Checks only.  Sorry for the hassle!  It's a hassle for us as well.

 

We have received some questions on the "Helper" fee.  Please see the tab "What's New?" to clarify any confusion.  The "Parent Signature Form" under FORMS includes the detail on this tab.

 

 

New Information

 

Only one Registration Date Remains: Wednesday, 5/16 from 6 PM until 7:30 PM at the High School LGI Room.  The flyers sent home with the children indicated Saturday, 5/16.  Sorry for the confusion.  It is Wednesday, 5/16.

 

Unfortunately, we can no longer take any Cheer registration for girls entering the 2nd grade effective 5/3/12.  We have exceeded the number of girls we can effectively manage.  Sorry!

 

Check out the Details on the Tab, "Cheer 2012" for details regarding Uniform Fitting.  Cheer 2012 Attendence Policies have been posted under the Tab, "Forms".

 

Fundraising forms for both Lottery Tickets and Hoagies are due May 25 at P.O. Box 44, Presto, PA  15142.  One check made out to CVJCF.  Don't forget to return the top portion of the Lottery Tickets and the Order Form indicating the # of each kind of Hoagie. 

 

Football Coaches and Jr. Cheer Coach Registration Forms are Posted under "Registration."

Emails 

I have recieved complaints that people are not receiving the Emails from psu.poach@comcast.net  These always seem to be verizon.net Emails.  I apologize for the hassle.  Please check the website weekly for any changes.
