Parents if you are not getting emails from the organizations email address info@cvjrcolts.com please send us an email indicating this.  We use the email you provided during registrations.  If it was entered wrong or has changed you need to notify us of this.

Pictures

Parents if you take pictures at any CVJCF Event, Practice or Game and would like to share them on our website please send them in .JPG form to info@cvjrcolts.com and we will do our best to get them posted.

Notification

Please watch your emails and check the web site for information and changes to the schedule.  We regret when there are last minute changes to the schedule but sometimes they are unavoidable.  As we get the changes they will be emailed out to all registered emails and posted on the website.  If your email changes you need to inform us immediately so you do not miss the information. 

As a reminder and for the new parents we do play in the rain.  We do not cancel practice or games for rain.  We do however cancel for lightning.  We rarely cancel in advance and that decision is made at the field as most lightening storms may pass quickly.  If you do not receive and email canceling a practice or game please show up as scheduled and keep your child in the car until that decision has been made.
